Tobie holds a LLM (Corporate Law)) (Cum Laude), CAIA (Charted Alternative Investment Analyst Institute) and FRM (Global Association of Risk Professionals) qualifications.
He is a specialist in Risk Advisory, Corporate Governance and Insolvency and Restructuring.
He held very senior positions at Investec Bank as Head of Legal Services, Senior Risk Analyst and Credit Risk manager at Investec Private Bank.
He also advised a Trade Finance Specialist Fund with funds under management of over $1,3 billion as legal advisor and restructuring specialist.
Tobie will be responsible for the internal legal, risk and compliance on all the ECP’s and be part of the executive of the GP.
